Individual therapy is catered to the specific treatment needs and goals of the individual patient. Dr. Vincent has extensive experience working with a diverse range of cultures, sexual and gender identities, and mental health diagnoses. From everyday issues of managing stress and responsibilities to dealing with complex trauma. Dr. Vincent offers a supportive, inclusive, and understanding environment tailored to your unique needs. In individual therapy you can expect personalized strategies to cope with and overcome your current challenges.

What to Expect:

Dr Vincent’s individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes long and are centered around your specific needs. Requests for 80 minute sessions can also be made, if needed. Individual sessions typically occur once per week but can also be scheduled at a greater or lesser frequency depending on your goals and need for support. Dr. Vincent will collaborate with you to set goals, develop coping strategies, and explore any underlying issues that may be impacting your well-being. If you are experiencing an immediate crisis, dealing with the crisis will become the priority in your session.
