Sessions should be canceled or rescheduled at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. A fee equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the session cost will be charged for any sessions that are canceled or rescheduled less than twelve (12) hours before the scheduled session time. Failure to provide advance notice for non-emergency session cancellations will incur a fine equivalent to one hundred percent (100%) of the session cost.
